I have never understood why companies like viterra sell out, they should be making themselves bigger.

Shareholders will sell so they can buy a new bmw or something and it will be worthless in three years. Maybe the current board isn't the right group, so boot their ass out and put in some new talent.

But they are just throwing the baby out with the bath water if they give in to this deal.

Ipsco is another prime Canadian example. One of the strongest steel companies in North America sold first to the swedes, who then parted the company out to the russians. Ipsco was flush with cash so upper management took their cut for doing SFA.

I thought Beck was a total nut at first but can't help notice some coincidences, but maybe that is all it is too just conincidence.

I think the oil takeover is the real play, they own how many of our governing bodies now?

Redford just annouced she is suspending payment for this committee and appointing a review committee . I wonder just how many review committee's she has set up since taking the reins. Lets add them up Health, Property rights task farce,infracture,education, the list goes on and on. She probably cann't remember just how many she has set up!!! By the way Redford is not in the age group that has an excuse for forgeting, only for convience.
