All I can say is, plus minus $80M. 150000 acres crop land, 22000 head of cattle on 100000 acres pasture, you need workers to do the work... Good luck. Will watch and wait for the crash. Remember Mother Nature rules!!!

          Just a cottonpicking second here.
          Current thoughts, include BIGGER IS
BETTER, good management is best, knowin
howta market, big ops get SPECIAL DEALS,
don't get yer hands dirty, ticklin keys
is the modern way. Get GPS, ya don't
haveta drive a tractor. Stroke yer
bankers and gobermont reps, they'll love
ya fer it. Involve first nations
people. These principles are what drive
Comedian framing. I almost fergot, go
public wit yer big fram. INSTANT FAME
AND GLORY. One earth is apparently
taken this advice ta heart, good luck
          and happy framing!!!!

Yes, Burbet you got it. This is going to be one
enterprise worth watching. This sure seems to be
the way. Business rules and buckets of other
peoples money are going to be applied to a farm.
Efficiency and economies of scale. The only
unontrolled variables are human resources, in
which they can pay to train, like any business, and
            then the weather......the big equalizer!

One earth has as much to do with farming as Mcdonalds has to do with hamburgers.

McDonalds is about real estate and the property sells hamburgers in the mean time while the value goes up.

                be worth it.
