    The Easy Money Game

    Ben Bernanke's press conference that
basically stated that there is easy
money for the market if needed has
    certainly supported global markets over
    the past 24 hours.

Dick Cheney once said 'debt doesn't
matter' Choked on my soup at the time,
    but maybe he's right?

Believe that Big Ben won't have another
money printing round. But the "inflate
    yourself out of your financial
    recklessness" appears to be working.

You don't think they will print?

7 trillion has to be rolled THIS YEAR,the free market
would bid yields up to triple digits and the economy
    would implode,qe forever.

I wonder if there are some at the Fed that are surprised they have gotten away with it for this long.

Anyone one want to start a pool for when US prime interest rate hits 15% again? month and year.

Or should the target be 21.5?

        ColevilleH2S . . . if you are right
about interest rates, stock markets may
take an absolute pounding. And the
global economies would be crushed as
governments would have little ability to
finance their debt. Maybe this is the
        future, but I hope not.

The Fed probably is a little amazed at
themselves for surviving this long with
their policies. But feel Bernanke is
caught between a rock 'n a hard spot
right now. He's currently smelling like
a rose for now, but he's damned if he
does and damned if he doesn't with some
        of his decisions ahead.

Believe the economic rope is tightening
despite job improvement in the U.S.

We actually get a sneak peak into the future with what
is about to happen in japan.

It is on the brink of total collapse.

Solution to this is bring revenue by
National Sale Tax, this may lifesaver
and cash cow to Fed. Otherwise what S &
              P thinking right now.

Agree - Americans badly need their form of
a GST to get some water on this financial
                fire.

But this won't be a Republican platform,
so this out-of-control fire will blaze
                until after the election.

Have no idea how their domestic economics
hang together. Just a giant mess.
