Klause: A wise old investor told me not
so long ago that if you can't see your
investment on google earth, it's not
worth having. With all the corruption on
Wall Street and the US banking system, a
lot of the big money is heading towards
real estate, most notably farm land.
Don't wait too long before you jump in.
This winter an 80 acre parcel of top
quality farm land in Iowa sold for over
      $20,000/acre with no commercial value!

Except for it was the only place the dairy farm next door could spread manure. They almost had to buy it. Always two sides to a story.

Doing a bit of hoping myself. Putting the finishing touches on our Balzac Plant deal and have not spent my usual time on the sale.

We have a team put together that will give this industry a boost like you have never seen. Time has been unpredictable, as usual, but has allowed for alliances to build the trust needed for a venture like this.

Thanks for the post Allfarmer, and the well wishes from the rest of you.

Cheers --- off to another meeting...LOL

buying and selling land is not like buying stocks for 9.99 a trade. Those investors are going through real estate agents that take about 3 percent or more eating up one years gain.
