Our forefathers would roll over in their graves about the discussion of stopping newcomers coming into Canada. As stated, only a couple generations ago those were our people coming here.

NFU will take this one by the horns once the CWB is completely dead and they have blown their wad trying to stop the inevitable. Its irrational enough for them. Just like the save the seals people move to GMOs and then global warming, the NFU will reinvent themselves.

Alot of the foreign people that are educated in Canada go back to their country and work in our embassy or for Canadian companies with operations in their countries. Get you head out of the sand people. We need more people in Sask. Tons more. Companies are starving for workers.

Gotta ask the question SF3. Can you compete with these investors? Business is a competition. Easy question.

Kids in CHina are lined up at the classroom before school starts. Many kids here are lucky to get up in time to make it to school. We are lazy and just might get run over as as society. They are hungry and the internet has given them a taste of western lifestyle. Not just CHina either.

And last but not least, China is not the Soviet Union. They have a partial market economy. The country is not sending people here. People are making the decision to move here, invest here. Drives me nuts when people refer to countries as doing something when it is individual making decisions for themselves.

All of those who want to stop selling Canola, Barley, Education, Potash and so on to China, please stop doing so. Find another market for your products (Greece perhaps). The rest of us can then get on with doing business with the fastest growing economy on earth (total GDP growth, not percentage).

You isolationists kill me.

And then China starves then what?
And then China cannot move without oil then what?
They are f'd in a matter of months total civil unrest. What would they pay to keep that from happenning?

They are playing us for idiots and have us believing we need them more than they need us not even a close debate. We have a few select political pals taking advantage acting as middlemen selling the country out becoming millionaires selling our future down the shitter.

Open for business is one thing selling the most valueable asset in the world which is land is another. Nuttier than a pile squirrel shit to do this.

Riders;
I don't see any quarter sections getting sc****d up and shipped off to China in this neck of the woods. Maybe it's different where you are. How deep do they go down when they take it?

They don't have to sc**** the ground, they just need to harvest the crop ship it home through their bought out shares in the terminals. And then what happens to our market? Open your eyes to the long term plan, not just this short term investment making political buddies millionaires. You guys still stuck in the idea this a few random chineese or other asians making a few bucks off an investment? holy shit boys? Really?

Dave if you like the chineese communist kids that much why don't you go there and buy a farm and maybe adopt some since our kids aren't up to your standards.

And you call the ndp Communists? ha ha ha lol lol

And it drives us nuts when people can't spell
Saskatchewan. We got the chineese and Wahl
acting together to take over the world. Lol.
Apparently I should worry less about our
kids.

Riders;
You said "...Open your eyes to the long term plan..."
What, in your mind, is that plan? Giant corporate operation with their own labour force, shipping only to China? We all know how well that type of structure is working out for Sprott (rolling of eyes). If not, what is their evil plan?

I think the long term plan they are refering
to is getting rich off AgriStability. Now
that is some funny shit.

People thought land was a guarnateed home run
in the 70's too. Who really knows where these
mkts are headed in the long term. This time
it's different?? Reminds me of 140 dollar
oil.

SF3 i am concerned. Land just sold to the Chinks for 1050 an ac. we have to close this loophole and allow stability, and give a chance to the young sask farmers a chance. We were here first we broke this land, grew up here,we are stewarts of this land, we should finally reap the benefits of this land.
