Does anyone wonder Why they Voted for these Donkeys?

So Yesterday cuts announced to PFRA and Community Pastures are toast. No one has said anything here about it.

Whats the plan sell the community pastures? or let the Province deal with it?

These Jokers Would Not have a Majority if they wouldn't have lied there way in with the F-35 cost. OH THEY are ONly 10 BILLION off. WTF
    Talk about crooked.

Their is a large community pasture on way
to the lake plus at lake. If they
liquidate the land to the land companies
we have a problem. The one pasture if the
mineral rights go to the new owner would
    be in the millions.
Mustard were not on the same page
politically but their is a problem in
    Rural Sask.

People that graze at comminity pastures joke about how cheap it is. Fees are not keeping pace with the increase in land values. Why should ranchers get such a subsidy. They should sell the land to ranchers(those grazing there get first dibs) and the liquour stores to those that want to run them, too, the employees might even buy some of them.
The Crown would never sell Mineral Rights however they may give them to the natives for land claims.

If you want dozens of useless overpriced mono-jet fighter planes buzzing over Canada burning jet fuel by the tanker load and old rusty submarines patrolling the world then you must accept the cuts by the Harper government.

To do otherwise is to be unpatriotic and show that you are a commie luvin' fink.

Time is of the essence...gotta make those cuts in "people" services as the government scrambles to balance the books.

That's all we need is for the Liberals or Dippers to
get into power and cancel the F35 contracts.
History repeating itself in the same stupid ways
with the same stupid political decisions.

Good morning all. To Boarderblokes previous post about cheap grazing, I will give you a rundown of what it costs me. 30 pairs in the pfra for the pasture season cost me $4500 last year. That works out to $150 per cow /calf pair. It costs us dearly to have our 4 pasture employees run around in a $60,000 Ford dually and their $20,000 horse trailer. Not to mention their 2 new tractors to feed bulls over winter and the pasture managers wifes expensive taste to renovate the their house two years ago! If you guys think about it , we pay through the nose for our "cheap grazing" It costs me $1100 per year for my 8 1/4s of govt lease that I put the rest of my cows on . Do the ****ing Math!

Galixy It is almost criminal that you can rent land from the government for $137.5/ quarter. This land should be tendered .

Is that true? Can you really rent pasture for that
cheap? If that is true I would have to agree with
stubble jumper. If I was a landowner with that kind
of rental income it would be up for sale in a
heartbeat. Why is it expected the tax payers
should be denied the cost of capital to help out
                          ranchers.

Whoa on the help all ranchers, we have cattle and we have no leased land from the goverment,so don't lump us all together in that group!!$137.50 a 1/4 is ridiculous!!!The goverment is making some money on there pfra pastures,if the goverment needs money then start selling off this goverment lease land, because they are running it at a big loss!!!

In Alberta cowboys receive more for oil leases than is paid out for land leases to the government
