bearing transactions result in economic ills such as

billion fund has abruptly resigned, since revelations
about corruption and misspending severely rattled
some of its biggest donors. The resignation came on
the eve of the World Economic Forum meeting in
Davos, which played a role in its creation a decade
ago. A dinner for the public-private fund is planned
    Thursday with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

internal review to address problems highlighted in

tens of millions of dollars in grant money because of
mismanagement and alleged fraud. Its biggest private
donor is the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which

      Relax,i'm trying to help you.

When on an internet chat forum, its best to use
concise, small spaced out sentences, that cut quick
and fast to the issue, rather than long drawn out
      paragraphs,like a power point presentations.

Cotton: That is a valid point. Some people couldn't possibly touch a thousand page book; it's too intimidating to them.
But the internet is not bound by the rules of texting, or any other rules of any language. If an explanation or comment is too long; then I suggest reading the first and last paragraphs; and then deciding whether to spend time on any of the remainder.
There is also the option of totally ignoring everything.

In summary; maybe we shouldn't be imposing our personal ways communicating as the only way another person may perform their writing and talking functions.

Lol.touche,my longest cut and paste followed by that
              statement,lol.

Just my opinion on communication in places like
this.Writing hundreds of words on a subject that may
or may not interest a reader as opposed to a few
good starter sentences and then the details????

I don't know the answers, but some people like Pars
and Charlie seem like more effective writers than
              others.

Blogging is relatively a new thing,i wonder if high
schools will have classes on it someday, lol.
