How timely for for bio-terrorits and eco-terrorists.

Simply fill two LNG containers, one third full, with
    a mixture of bovine-blood combined with 100%
Mad Cow blood. Then fill each container to the
two thirds mark with a frothing mixture of human-
infected Aids blood. Let bubble for 24 hours. Top
up each container with live maggots.

The ocean voyage will mix them "naturally".

By the time the ship reaches the destination of the
avowed enemy-country for the planned event, the
mixture will be thick enough to spread on the
crackers the population are waiting for. Ah, how
sweet advertising is. A maggot-tartare so to
speak. Served with plenty of red wine all day for
that country's national holiday, or yearly festival,
we will expose as many citizens to the concoction,
    as possible.

Within the year, many will become sick We get to
watch them die slowly via U-tube, and
scientifically record symptoms and the entire
    course of the infliction.

That will require significant technological funding,
but keep in mind, no ammunition will be spent, no
soldiers to pay, and we can reclaim all electronic
devices once the population becomes, er,
    "breathless".

There will be no environmental cleanup, no
landmines for example, besides bulldozing up the
maggots that have fed on the bodies left in the
sun or snow, until no carcass remains. And those
maggots are a fresh crop, worth a lot of money
per pound on MF Global, in the event we should
    need them for another enemy.

Science can be SO environmentally sound.
