I've heard an Aunty Honkie point to the sky and
say, "A God? You have got to be kidding!"

I've heard an Uncle Horkie point at a gay couple
and say, "Two guys want to marry? You've got to
be kidding!" But of course, the Human Right's
Commission serves HIM notice in court.

Smith's approach is : Say what you believe, even
though I may not agree with you.

Redford's approach is: Shame on you for stating
an opinion different from mine. Pars

To suggest that Wildrose is far right
wing is a bit of a stretch. They are
probably no more right wing than P.C's
10 years ago. All parties are migrating
to the middle especially P.C. The scare
tactics used in the past I would suggest
are now falling on deaf ears. What's
scary is to continue on the path we have
been on for the last number of years.
Politicians who no longer listen to
their voters don't deserve to be in
      power.

So Pars. Remember that older First Nation guy that said a bunch of racist things to the media and was stripped of his medal. Are you saying if he believed those things it is ok to say them?

Reality, every framer in Hellberta kin
vote Wilted Rose and it won't make any
difference. Cousin they ain't anuff of us
any more. Urban centers will elect the
Hellberta gobermont that theys want and
          deserve!!!!!

Burbert: Calgary is going Wildrose. If rural Alberta comes in hard Wildrose they will win big.
Edmonton will probably vote for one of the left of center parties (PC, NDP, Liberal)......after all it is a government town? Who in their right mind would vote for a pay cut or a pink slip?
The fact of the matter is government employees take too big of a chunk of the Alberta budget? Too many $100K salaries for people we can do without? Sometimes reality can be tough.
Alberta spends grossly more per capita than any other province for government services. We have a bureaucratic nightmare here that isn't sustainable without higher taxes.
Do you favor higher taxes or a sales tax?

hacks, stealin our money and also givin it
ta friends. Wilted roses will likely

If a Wildrose government is out fate, I would hope that they would do a forensic audit on EVERY department as soon as it is practical to do so.

Forty one years of mismanagement...should be interesting reading.

Old folks overheard this am at local
advance poll. "Is this where we vote fer
                    the Conservatives?" as busload after,
busload were being unloaded, by the PC's.
                    Another typical Hellberta election shapin
                    up!
