Were white at farm this morning! When will seeding begin!

Well it looks like a early spring is
going to come to a end for most of Sask.
We are getting snow right now in Regina
and at the farm. We had 2.24 inches of
moisture goodfriday weekend. Ok the old
saying 40 shitty days maybe is true
weather did change that day. Then last
weekend it was 8 tents rain before the
snow. Now today well its getting wetter.
Took drive across the fields with quad
yesterday and you need to be in 4x4 to
    get across.
Even if the moisture stops we are now
looking at earliest the 30th with
probably the 4th to 7th of may.
    The mud bowl is back.
What are others finding because from
where Im looking this morning an early
spring is not going to be in the cards.

Muskrats are hopping on trains heading east. Can seed corner to corner right now with virtualy no potholes - not a good thing either in mid-april.
S/F come on, share some of that moisture.

up really nice, then Easter hit with
Rain all Good Friday and well lets just
say the rest is history. Didnt get the
wet snow like Freewheat but had lots of
rain before. Yesterday was crap mist
      light snow all day.

Wet & dry should trade farms to see the other side of weather and soil types.

Spring ended Good Friday, never was dry in fields, and has been getting wetter and colder since.

I could count dry springs on one hand in the last 40 years.

We will take some of your moisture if you
do not want it. Not hurting but...

Agstar, let me know what your soil temps are when you start.
It's going to take alot of heat here to warm up the soil again.
