    So who is seeding?

As we sit in the yard doing odd jobs
waiting for some SUN so we can
    officially start seeding.
Grain is cleaned just a few tandems from
neighbors and were done that to.
Took sprayer out for a run yesterday
just to see and well lets just say it
isnt shinny green any more. Were still a
week away with good weather. Few guys
south of Valley are up and running but
its dryer on that side of the valley.
Most no ammonia or fert cart so it must
    be peas.
Lets hope no pray the weekend forcast
    doesnt come true.

Seeding has started west of Wynyard, that means we start in 12 days.

Everyone seeding near lethbridge. 1.5" of rain
forecast for later today and through to sunday. I
would guess the area is around 30% seeded

Cold windy and snow in the forecast. The only outfit I've seen moving is the new Drill/railcar set-up of the M.I.B. Oops I meant Drill/Bourgault cart, easy to confuse the two, they look so much alike.

Yep, Men in Black. I never saw the model number on the cart, but from the length of the thing I'd say it is the 950 bushel unit. No need for any trucks in the field with that size cart. They used to have half the colony out in the field when they were seeding, now all it takes is one guy. How times have changed.

Counted six fields seeded between wynyard and dafoe all on canola stubble. Most likely wheat going in.

If it continues to cool the seed will sit there and rot. I am not interested in doing too many things twice.
