March, we still had snow. I did not
think it was a gamble, it was common
sense. Like Alberta's insurance, where
they have until the end of April to
decide.
I will manage, whatever happens, but you
sound a bit like you have no real idea
about what wet is. Course we in the wet
spots are worried, we know the hell that
too wet is all too well. We have had
unseeded acres in 4 of the last 6 years.
I think I am entitled to have some grave
concern.
And I blame myself entirely, btw! I
think other than too wet acres, there
are many reasons to have an extended
deadline in the future. Contract price
reasons, last minute change reasons,
etc.
