Canola crushing plant near Northgate

Anyone else heard this rumor? Talking to a business
man in Estevan area last night, was telling him about
the talk of Northgate on Agriville, and he was telling
me this. Just wondered if anyone else has heard
anything ?

An American told me it was Gavalon; and is on the US side. The story was that it was on the 3.4 million dollar quarter section recently purchased right on the border (US side and to the east of Northgate ND); the surveyors were out about 10 days ago; and that the county was in the process of handling the proposal.
That is all unconfirmed; but if some person could provide a US land location for the parcel of land; and someone else would come up with $25.00 US; then it would be possible to search all land transactions over the internet for a full year. They won't let you print the pages; except with an additional fee; but apparently you can view everything to your hearts content
Sounds like a good deal; but in some ways ISC (Information Services aka. Land Titles in Sask) is a better deal for the acquiring albiet limited data for free.
