    According to FCC you may not have as much as you think. Was talking with our FCC rep and she told me
    that they do not use their own values when determining the value of land you want to purchase. All land
    bought by investment companies or land they feel was overpaid they do not use when determining the
    value of the land you own.

    These published values are not the values FCC uses themselves. What a crock.

      I think that is probably overstated anyway,
      because even local trades are influenced by the
      foreign fruitcakes.
