Ok, everybody wished for wind, it can *** off anytime now. We needed it to dry up low spots, mid spots - done it's job, it can go away anytime now.

My best 240 of canola blew out in the wind last night. Acutally, the cotyledons got burried in the drift dirt. This is the third crop in a row that has had issues on my best piece. I keep getting reminded why I hate farming.

Wind has been blowing steady for weeks here
now! Forestry and firefighters are busy. I'll take
3" of rain as an appetizer!
