At the May 18 RM Ennskillen Council meeting it slipped out that Tom Muir has sat around the council table. With my perfect attendence in the council gallery since at least last Sept; just how did I sleep through all mention of any deal or negotiation. And how could it be that this is the first shred of public disclosure.
