As it stands the large grain companies do give next day payment when requested. So the addition of a grower contract attatched on top of say a Viterra contract would be no big deal. I think that next day payments taking power over top the grain companies contract, with on time delivery otherwise penalties paid to grower. Of course if grower fails to deliver when requested then he could lose penalty paid to him. If grain company does not take on time delivery a penalty should be paid to grower. If payment is not paid day after delivery then we are allowed to post it onto a special website with.
