    Ok June 15th Crop Report!

Way way way to much water. Lucked out
and only light showers till the shit hit
the fan Wed afternoon with 6 tents then
8 tents Thurs Noon then 6 tents plus
last night so 2 inches in little over 24
    hrs.
    Crop damage started yesterday afternoon
as ground is full of water. So low areas
will die and higher areas will have
crop. Note we will see 25% crop loss
with one more Big rain event land is
just saturated and cant take any more.
Spraying is coming along but slow. Early
canola sprayed and peas, some HRS and
Durum. Flea beetles are under control
now and next big spray event will be
later next week when the weather
straightens out. (7 day rain event on
    way)
Basically acreage is dropping. Most are
done seeding in area, some land left for
chem fallow due to to wet to seed or no
    access.
    What are others seeing.

There is land unseeded in the Southwest
of SK due to too wet. This is mainly
those who did not start on time. Either
way the seeded acres are less than will
    be reported.

Same thing, except crop loss started the
moment the drill hit the fields. Seeding
into sloppy mud never does anybody any
good. Lots of drowned out, lots of no
oxygen, stunted crops. My buddy says 25%
not seeded in the area. Wicked spraying
ruts, crops a lime green rather than
      leprechaun green from too wet.

We need sun and lots of drought to fix
up these wet years. We need heat...

More evil crap on radar, thunder outside, severe storm watch.
The fun started going away in 2010.
2011 better, now 2012 looking worse again with every drop of poison from the sky.
            Pure torture.

Hrs wheat is a 10 out of 10 never seen a
              nicer wheat crop.

Canola is at an 8 or 9 just starting to
cover the ground looks like an above
              average crop for sure

We are still in good shape here for now, but that evil is lurking all around us fjlip. Have no idea how long our luck will hold. Going to load up on hail ins next week.

For the first time in a long while we are looking good.
Best I have seen in a very long time. Feel for you guys
battling the high rainfalls. Been our issue the last
number of years. HRSW is just starting to head. Canola
just starting to flower. Soybeans are coming on strong
with the moisture and warmer temperatures. No corn
for me but it is looking awesome despite the set back
from the frost earlier. Crop is not in the bin yet. Still a
                  long way to go.
