Eureka... And this is how one piece of information from another person can prod progress so that both (or everyone benefits).. I have never been able to get friom the list of properties that one can get from a name search; to the Land Title number without paying the $10.00 fee or else tediously tracking down through suspected Land Description (Section Tsp, Rge, Mer.).
Apparently one uses the search function and not the Quick Search which I always thought was the only portal to free information.
Anyways; Go to Search.... Title Number and its free for example Title # 141738240 PS There is further info by clicking on the parcel picture and other icons.....

The values places on other quarters were $117,390, $105,000, and $150,000.

But what about an adjacent quarter SW -26-36-21-2 register to a different numbered company (101138678 Saskatchewan Ltd, 300-1914 Hamilton St, Regina Sk S4P3N6. Is the whole area just a numbered company game?

BINGO...... Now there are 868 properties registered to 101138678 Saskatchewan Ltd.

Thats the real one to track down; not some upstart that has 9 or 33 parcels.
What do you know about the owners of SW-26-36-21-W2 Hopper?

wow, that property Origionally owned by Norbert Gossner sold to Possberg Grain Farms Inc. then must of got sold to the 101138678, did not know that Possberg Grain Farm had sold it, Norbert had 9 quarters in a small area there. Kenton Possberg owner of Possberg Grain Farm moved on to work for the company that is farming these properties. I suspect this is the same company that has bought the lands north of Muenster to Annaheim area, nicer land up there. The name Parkland Ag is used among neighbours to describe the company that is farming these lands, I thought they were the owners but maybe not, maybe Parkland is mostly a renter. Now Possberg Grain Farms has an add wanting farm workers, perhaps there has been another shake up. Its hard to keep up. This farming opperation anyway is planting about 20,000 acres in the area the quarter you ask about and north of Muenster area.

Oneoff if all the 868 properties were quarter sections that would amount to 130,000 acres. Could those properties be any type like housing units etc?

Yes they are parcels of land in Sask. They could well be a combination of lots; blocksparts of quarter sections divided into parcels by highways, railways and probablt major streams and of course quarter sections. It takes work; but anyone could figure out where every one of those 800 plus parcels are located in Sask.
And judging by how numbered companies are collecting farmland; it would behoove our municipal leaders and governments to quit facilitating this wholesale destruction of rural communities as we used to know them.

Having trouble logging back onto
www.isc-online.ca cause I did not remember my client number. Working on it so now they are going to email me with my new password and hoping they also send me client number. Nothing come back yet.

How it was explained to me was if a C&D ditch passed though the quarter correctly the quarter could be divided up into 16 titles, 4 in each quarter of the quarter. At one time was like that, not sure if still is cause it made no sense to do it in the first place.

OK So I just searches a random 44 titles out of the 860 some; and came up with all quarter sections except on Lot/Parcel in the RM of Emerald. The other quarters were in RM's 255,261,191,103.74.259,222,103,100,,254,317,457,24 8,338,046,276,215,214,277,099.


Oh my gawd. Anyone want a list posted so you can check to see what is right next to your doorstep?


And to think this is none of anyone's business and you have no right to be accessing this public and freely available information.

There are parcel pictures attached to each on of the new "titles" You can print out the parcel picture and it shows part of all the adjacent lands.

Just like a monstrous jig saw puzzle.

And it sure looks like somebody is interested in seeing the province wide land picture puzzle. ie. individuals like who is behind 101138678 Saskatchewan Ltd.
Who would please invest $10.00 to do a Corporate search on this company to see the names of the principals.

Don't be so cheap. It could be important to know what is going on 800 miles away; even if most people could care less.

Oneoff I cannot seem to get all the info you got even with the regular search. And everytime I log back onto the sight I need to create a new identity. For some reason when I do the Title number search it asks for my credit card. I could find the addresses of the corporations but no other info. I see there is a help number 18662754721 perhaps I will try that if not too busy spraying tomorrow. Will see what I can find out about 101138678 also.
