Take a pill BTO. I would sell to Hutts any day before I sell to the chinese,or some asshole from Ireland or any investor group. The Hutts know what stewardship is all about and farm accordingly. Ya it will never be back on the market but so what, the land will still be in production and producing food for the world, and looked after while they farm.

From reading these posts I dsont think many of you have ever had anything to do with huterites.
I dont know them too well but with my experiences they realy dont contribute much to the community other than you can get a large work force in a hurry . Most of the stores put a sales person on them as they come in the stores as they have been known to be a little lite fingered They hang around the liquor stores like flies looking for frree booze as they dont get much in spending money.
At calving time they work 4 hr shifts as with other chores as there is lots of help I guess they are no diferent than us in they do no more than they have to.
As for them buying land and only the best as it lends itself to large operations, but what is to become of the smaller producer on the marginal land, we are being squised out and what will happen to the lower value land.there is a lot of product produced on it .Can you see yourself farming sections of rocks and hills and swamps and so on, no room for 80ft seeders and 120 sprayers, or 500-1000 cows without cheap help, well that is what we are forced to compete with.
