Larry... Anders philosophical perspectives did seem well
          entrenched in the CWB policies.

My observations were that he was most influential in that
          organization..... Bill

By gawd, I'll enjoy every toast. It is such a
delicious ruling. Absolutely bloody delicious. LOL.

The FoftheB have pissed away so much $$ and
resources of farmers' mOney. And time. What
                awful critters. Pars.

Parsley... seems shamelessness prevails when the end justifies the
                  means.

You have been such a stalwart fighter for this marketing justice
that I will raise a few toasts to you!

                  Cheers... Bill

And you witnessed it firsthand, William:

                    http://www.producer.com/1996/08/cwb-urged-to-consider-identity-preserved-marketing/

Panelist Bill Duke of Redvers, Sask., said identity-preserved control systems are already used throughout the grain industry, in seed contracts and with some specialty wheats.

“It’s not a new phenomenon, it’s being done,” he said. “It just seems to be those who believe so strongly in the status quo are extremely skeptical of any change. Their perspective becomes more philosophical and ideological rather than practical.”

Larry... That was 16 years ago. Progress can be difficult and painfully
                      slow.

BTW.... I hope all my quotes aren't recorded!! LOL

I've stuck wih it a long time. As have you. As
have so many AV'ers. I'm surprise this forum isn't
buzzing tonight. . Good thing Gusty was in the
loop for the results or I would have missed. It.

Sent my bride to town to get some steaks
and beer. Gonna have a late supper and
shoot off some fireworks for the kids.
They have no idea about the CWB but it
                          isnt a barbeque without fireworks.

Really makes you question our judicial system
when the politically appointed justice of the court
can make such an error in judgment such as
justice Campbell did. I would love to hear some
comments from the heil the almighty cwb crowd!
