Sumdum, that would make a farmer accountable.
How can you git r done if the action requires some
important details. Plus, the neighbor is not going
to get over sprayed, he's just paranoid, like those
granola eaters, all worried about getting sprayed
    on.
Ignorance is not bliss...it's just ignorance. When
the neighbor calls the other to task due the
economic hardship they put on him due to
overspray, somehow he is the paranoid
disagreeable nutcase. If that situation was in the
city that farmer and the applicator would get sued
straight away, the questions would be asked in
    court.
Please be attentive. Everybody has to make their
    living that is understandable.

Just talk to a spray plane pilot often
        and
its not easy. most guys who hire him are
really good but some give him the wrong
land location or when he gets to the
field, it isnt wheat, its lentils. not
        saying everyone. Best is repeat
        customers.

Because he is picking the right time for
the field and nice calm days are hard to
come by, it helps if there are no
        surprises. He takes the farmer
information and relies on the computer
        weather to pick the time.
