When dealing with oil and gas and powerline companies or any project relating to RIGHT OF ENTRY ORDER or Expropriation a Farmer is forced to sign and allow without proper negotiation.

First Nations have within the Canadian Charter of Rights all the rights. Oil and gas and other utility companies cannot force Right of Entry order or Expropriation order.

I was going on a berry picking expedition so I
asked an old Indian for advise for how I can
prevent being a bears lunch. He responded that
when walking in the bush, you should wear bells
to frighten the bears off and carry pepper spray.
So how can I tell if there are brown bears or
grizzlys? Well you watch for droppings. Brown
bear droppings will be full of squirrel fur and
berries and grizzly droppings will be full of bells
and pepper spray. A farmer wouldnt know that.
