    Federal Announcement

    Chretien is supposed to be making a big funding announcement tomorrow morning at the Kamenz farm in Eastern Ontario, probably too little too late with all kinds of environmental and quality strings attached but who knows

    Likely the offset program for US farm programs. Will be interesting to see if just federal money or has a provincial component. Will also be interesting whether new money or just money robbed for other places/programs.
