    i am just outside of Regina. It is a Sasktel Max
    service. I too am wondering about whats going
    on at Sasktel. There must be big problems.
    When calling into help line there was a 1/2 hour
    wait just after luncj, finally got some guy, then
    click, I lose him. This went on all day, until about
    7 when we get 1 decent helper who looks up the
    account, sees the problem about ports being
    disconnected and slips in the code, BINGO.

    I have no problem with foreigners, butthey are
    often not understandable and don 't know whats
    going on, I think because they just dont know the
    background and no one will properly train them.
    Again management.

      I told one guy that my Outlook Express is not
      loading my e-mails. He didn't have a clue what
      Outlook was. Then I knew I had a road ahead of
      me.
