Friday Crop Report!

We'll another slow week. Rain shut us down last
wed to Sunday.
We started dryer on Sunday and just keep going.
Each night it spits or wet frost.
Most are in the last 25% of harvest. We're at 50%
few a little more to go.
Finishing the cereals before on to the canola, then
end with soy!
Hrs were into the final push. Later has higher
protein. Yielding good!
Barley done, very few getting picked up for malt.
Feed price is the shits.
Oats most swath and are harvesting tough. Yield
good.
Flax desiccated and only a few harvesting.
Canola some late is still not ready taking a while
to dry down.
Most coming off 10 to just below dry.
Soy dropping last leafs and starting dry down,
best guess 25.
So to sum up the week, thanks to the custom
harvester who told all of Saskatchewan on John
Gormley how the crops are in our area. Thanks
big guy! Weather has taken a turn to the poorer
side.
Geese have arrived, hunters from the USA
arrived.
Trains to pick up peas and make room in the local
terminal, seem to have gone A wall.
