An Albertan, Bill was one of the Farmers for
Justice who was charged and jailed for shipping
his own grain. A thoughtful man, Bill quietly
fought for the principle of marketing freedom. He
died from Pancreatic cancer. Jim Chatenay
delivered the eulogy. Rest in peace, Mr. Moore.
