I see that Sasktel is at least trying to maintain decent
internet service to the rural. There new Fushion Internet
service is a start, but I still have a problem. Yes it may cost
more to get service out to the rural, BUT the same type of
internet speed in the city is almost half the price, 79.99
rural, 45 city, and they still have a usage cap on the rural,
but unlimited in the city. Maybe I am the only one who cares,
but no wonder we cannot keep our kids on the farm when
they grow up. Lets face it, computers and internet are here
to stay, almost like a utility like power was in the fifties.
What do you think? Do your kids not notice this growing up?
