it navigable with anything more
significant than a canoe? I know the
season is short but is barge traffic an
option maybe even ice road land trains
in the winter? A big ass grain terminal
and oil terminal. It would be a short
but sweet season and close to major
markets. I would go a long way towards
telling BC to take a hike too. There's
already a rail line to Hay River.
