Lets all take a step back and look at the situation of railroads

My opinion is that sure they are on a revenue cap but at the same time it is revued and they are paid to make money but not to over charge contrary to the view that the railways do not make money by hauling grain, actually they do make money. So who is to say do they make more hauling potash or oil or wheat. Or do they make all the same?????? Who knows???
