The deal is pay just wholesale price for the N which should save you a few dollars on your acres. Invest 1200 dollars per ton of fertilizer use to build the plant. And make 16 percent return on investment possibly much more maybe little less. N costs 138 per ton to make. Of course this is second hand info do your own diligence :-))))).
