I hope someone can explain why wheat and oat
shipments to US mills are so behind. Seems to
me that without the revenue cap, both Canadian
and US railways should jump at the chance to
collect premiums. What is holding them back?
As well there are complaints about Japan shifting
wheat purchases from Vancouver to US Pacific
Northwest ports. We can commend the US
system for being willing and able to get it
there.Sort of puts the lie to Canada brand in
