This probably isn't a good topic to post when grain isn't moving but a neighbor of mine says he has 45000 bushels of #1 red spring wheat and 30000 bushels that is 2 percent sprouted.The protein for everything is between 13.7 to 14.3.The color looks like a #2 but the sprouts make it a feed grade. He asked me if he blended it all together what would the best his grade could be for everything ? I said I wasn't sure.Does anyone here have any thoughts or past experience with blending something like this?
