If you use the revenues of both RRs ($16
Billion) as a comparitor, assessing them
$200,000/day in fines is equivalent to
hitting my farm with a $5/day penalty.
What a joke.
So I did some more math. I took what I
figure my farm will lose from last year's
crop because of crazy basis levels and
divided it by 365(days). It works out to
$275/day.
So the RRs "may" get hit with an
equivalent $5/day penalty for the 90 days
this Order in Council is in effect, yet
I'm in for $275 each day of the entire
year on crap negative basis levels.
Does the federal government own a
calculator? This makes me what to go out
with a pitchfork and torch.
Where are the real solutions/incentives?
These fines are an eff'n joke!
