I know not a marketing topic, but I'm curious on what other farm operations are doing/have done when it comes to "getting/giving a start" to farming. For me was 1 co-signed operating loan, 2 quarters to farm, help out without pay for use of the equipment. Work out to supplement income... and walla! At the time it worked.
With larger/incorporated farms...what's the deal? Worked good/bad? Terms for immediate vs non-immediate family and/or offers for good employee's?
