to boost fertilizer shipments. BNSF also said it
began expanding its fertilizer shipments early last
week and is “seeing positive progress.” This is
follow through on a mandate given by the STB for
BNSF and Canadian Pacific to report plans
ensuring timely fertilizer delivery.
