The Canadian Transportation Agency has issued an interim order against CN Rail as it considers a level-of-service complaint filed by grain handler Louis Dreyfus Commodities.
A redacted version of the decision has been made public, showing the CTA has ordered CN to provide train service to several Louis Dreyfus elevators in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
The order is in effect until the CTA reaches a final decision.
