    Biggest crop ever here.

I knew it would be good, but not like this.

Below average canola for me too. Seven
guys saying LOUDLY they got 60 bushels
does not make it a 16 million tonne crop.

Sell sell the sky is falling. No more bin space.
Farmed too many acres and had to sell most of it
already no matter the price. Move it now don't
want to plow snow to get at it later. All this helps
to draw the supply down. If its in the bin and we
are smart enough to hold it the price has to be
bid up to get it. Could be wrong this year but for a
lot of years in a row now WAY better later on. Hey
        it's bone dry it'll store!

Funny I've been getting lots of texts from all over
sask that they heard 60 plus got excited the
started harvesting and oh it's only 38.
One guy was almost crying! Kind of over spent on
his crop, listened to too many advisors.
But in our area most are saying we're back to a
normal overall crop no bumper just it's nice to be
            back to normal!
Good harvest! We're rained out today 1/2 inch so
            far!

Who the f$&k would take advise from their
accountant unless your toast! Yes 12 was good
but frost in August would have given us zero yield!
                Dah!
                Bin and wait!

No where near toast, just a great
                  relationship.

Too bad you don't know how to grow the
retarded sister since not to far west,
every field has been in the 50's

No accountant would ever give you
                  advice, you complain too much

Rusty didn't get it any of it off yet.
Mine was nice to swath. Some of Dads was a
little more tangled but still not bad.

I don't think there is any doubt it's a big crop. The
verdict is out on the final tonnes. Farmers
typically don't brag about poor crops especially if
neighbour that poured the groceries to it is having
fantastic yields. I know lots of guys that put a very
conservative fertilizer package on this year and as
a result they left some money on the table.

I think this whole situation boads well for Canola
next year. IF and that is a huge if we did grow 16
MMT we won't have trouble expending demand to
gobble it up, and the odds of repeating this
                      production next year.

I would hope fellow producers can be calm and
stand firm, there is no reason in my opinion to be
selling canola under 11 bucks. IMHO
