Out in his rice patties would be my guess. Chanting "serenity now".

Would be good to hear a report from him.

I have been out at Kanosee, my god the rain was relentless for the past 20 hours or so. I don't know what totals ate but it's a lot. Looks like Weyburn is getting fair share but so far not as extreme as out east. I'm glad I'm not home to watch. Very stressful times for everyone close to the boarder. I feel your pain. Take care everyone.

Ok, I have to jump in here. Yes this is sickening, I have done my part, stressed under seeding to get it done, stressed under spraying to get it done. I have done my part, it is out of my hands. Sure i made now be stressed about basement flooding if these rains do not quit. But now as fat as these crops go, _ uck them who gives a shit. I have never seen a site like this with people that have very little to no faith in anything. Here is a question to answer. Would you rather be looking out your window at a sickening yellow crop, acres getting less and less, or would you rather be looking out your window at a beautiful bumper crop on the way, but just told the other day you have a year to live because of cancer. Any one care to answer.

-your mother was gang ****d by indians

People have the right to vent about stress.

I am sure we are all grateful for our good health, family and peace of mind. To some since all those areas are good, this weather is at the forefront of their minds. Ask the business owner whose sales are slipping for whatever reason what he is thinking about. Potential is being eroded in the Eastern Prairies by the day. Efforts were made and money was spent and it sucks to see it diminished by what some people are experiencing with the relentless rains. Take it one step further and think about the ability to provide a living for your family in these conditions(for some people), can the debts be serviced, input bills paid and the kids play hockey and have a family vacation like the rest of society?

There is my Sunday Morning Sermon. Take Care.

Times will change as more corporate farming takes over. It will only be a line item on a balance sheet. No one will care whether the crops fail, no pride or caring , the emotion will be gone.

Kansas is getting pounded also and on the bright side of our storm system no tornados!

agstar77. Consumers may care when food prices go up or those whose daily challenge is to get enough to eat. We are producing an essential of life for those who either don't have the ability or knowledge to feed themselves. Hunger can be a strong motivator.
