    For the guys flooded out I have been eating some pretty awesome meals of cat tail. And the kids eat it like candy. I just dont have the recipe and never cooked it myself. But have to get that recipe somehow. Yes the chinese know how to eat have to give them that. Not eating the fuzzy top part. Parsley you must know how to eat it. Have a recipe?????

          Hopper isn't joking, cattail is a good food, I was told it can make flour, ate some raw and it was good. There is a vein in the root you eat I believe.
