Not sure where your numbers are coming from crusher. Statistics Canada doesn't do supply demand forecasts. They will do a July 31 stocks report to finish off this year first week September. Market Analysis Branch, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada does do forecasts but I haven't seen a recent one published.

Your right crusher
Also the numbers show a lot more canola has been moved / sold than the experts believe .
Also the crop not as big as first thought from 2013 and will be smaller overall in 2014

Last years canola was one for the books on ave across western Canada - this year slightly smaller acres and 1/3 of the total ac will not ave 25 bus/ac and some will not make the fall frost IMO.
Overall I think total canola production for 2014 will be down 25% from 2013 with off grade canola thrown in that mix. 2013 98% or higher was number 1 , I bet we don't crack 80% this year on smaller production - JMO
