    Oh ya they did one adjustment up at 34.6%. I said you are kidding, right? Nope that is what we found.

      Insurance is all the same, SGI nit picked to get a claim reduced on shed damage. They all gladly take your premiums, but don't you dare have a claim, YOU are assumed the crook. Heard lots of horror stories.

                We were done with coop about 15 years ago, story much like LEP.

                  After reading this I'm glad I didn't put on Coop insurance.

                  We will find out how the municipal adjusters do in about a week......we have neighbours with Coop so will compare.

                      The head adjuster is coming tomorrow. Wish me luck!!!!!! I have a sickening feeling, maybe worried to much. Time will tell.
