Wish you could sent it here - we were 4" below seasonal average at August 1st and we've had nothing since then. Dry, dry, dry.

Although 2.7 inches is a lot, we have had 8 tenths since July long weekend we will put up with the rain. Hail can stay away.

Just had 1.37 inches since eight this morning. That will make swathing canola fun with a pull type swather.

Yesterday, around Glenboro, MB, 2" of rain fell in 20 minutes. Crops flattened, and, at least one farmyard had damaged bins and bucket elevator.

A lot of W Wheat sprayed here 7-10 days ago, also some pea fields. Some wheat was expected to see the header today, this rain not good! Coming down real heavy at times. Saw a field of lentils swathed east of Weyburn yesterday, ouch!
