Tom, if you believe our economy is the healthiest in the developed world, then you've fallen for the CPC's messaging strategy of repeat the lie over and over until it sounds like fact. Pay attention to some of cottonpickens' posts. I will agree on one thing, there is no other country I'd rather live in than Canada. But that's not Harpers' doing - it's because of Canadians. Period!
And don't any of you assume I'm a Trudeauite or a Dipper. I'm waiting for someone to say "If elected in 2015, my first budget and all there after will be balanced. Unless Harper says that. After 8 years of him I've come to the conclusion he has the sincerity of a stewardesses smile. Do look at the Green Party's fiscal platform. It has some interesting novel ideas.

We can t balance the books because we re loosing control of every sector of your economy to foreigners. Short term gain long term we are screwed. Such stupidity and short sightedness. We should be so rich but not this way were a few fat cats get paid off under the table to sell off everything. Oil is artificially high which is distorting all jobs in our economy and therefore prices for everything it is the root of most of our debt. But no one looks at that side of things but it's the truth.
