Prices will keep going down until production drops or demand rises. Dont see demand increasing any time soon.

So Investors can buy and sell land. If a farmer sold his land and bought it back its all bad tax wise. Cannot see a farmer buying land back. Just dont make sense.

I re read my post, then looked at the weblink blog about the snow. That is very bad and I do empathize.
Originally, I was catching up on the globe and mail guy. I really think if he can grow wheat for $2.50/ bushel and sell for $5.00/ bushel that is better than most farmers and they will be in a good position to do more. I didn't write the article, I only read it, and interpret it in the manner a non farming person would. Obviously the circumstances have changed. Weather has beaten up most farmers on more than one occasion.
