Talking last 10 yrs our wheat prices are just a tad under average, canola below and Feed barley about average malt a tad below and legume prices around average.

Australian crop is shrinking but on world stage a drop in the ocean, but prices holding up here because of domestic demand at the moment.

Personal comment I enjoy this site and despite Charlie and errol getting belted sometimes I enjoy there comments from "the other side" not sure if it which one commented "the market is never wrong" had that belted into me for 20 yrs and learnt it a long long while ago. Tom takes is farmer hat off as well and looks at markets in a rational way as well. Klause the same so astute marketing back in feb march I think.

cheers all Saturday today football finals today my team is in preliminary final one game away from grandfinal underdogs could be 85,000 spectators today my fingers toes and everything else crossed www.afl.com.au go port power

A website like this that unites farmers from all over the world for a coffee chat could be a dangerous thing . interesting prices.

Guess those prices are all on a apr except the wheat suggest were a tad higher?

South East asia china Indonesia and japan suggest we have a distinct freight advantage.

A a shipping slot report came out nearly all export slots are filled already dec jan feb will post a link on how it all works if anyone is interested

Everything changed had to change once deregulation happened from on farm storage to the way elevators operated and shipping took about 12 months and it seems to be working ok as it all happened in 2008
