protien and fuz survey

I only did one round on hard red. Working on peas at moment. My one round showed 1, 2 fuzz vusual and 14, 8 protien. Just wondering what is out there can we all share.? I am surprisedbthe low fuzz on the round it was higher land well drained. But near low creek. Grade is 2 as long as fuzz is not bad. First planting also.

Did not like the unthreshed heads but on close examination the seeds inside were mostly fuzz. I installed new rub bars this morning. Still in peas. Hope to blow the shit out. I dont think binning fuzz unthreshed heads is good so goona crank the ****ing rotorbrpm to 1200 ****i g hundred when I get there.

Sprayed 3 times and have good crop of fus, protein 13.5 on first field and 12.5 on the rest , not impressed, last 3 years low protein , gonna buy higher protein wheat .

Fusarium virtually nil. Px is 14.7% average on 60%. Average on remainder of wheat is 13.4%.

Fusarium control due to careful timing of fungicide app, and luck.

We only apply 75# of N. We attribute the higher protein to Lignohumate. It jacks up the energy in the plants.

We have mildew on the wheat. Big visual down grader. Don't know if that affects milling or baking performance.

Used proseed with cruiser max ultra, tilt, prosaro, after two year cereal break of coarse, but guess the terminal found some unicorn feces in it. Grades sample. ; )

Utmost wheat grading a #2..did not spray any fungicide ..keep the wind high to blow out the light ones...

Similar 75Lbs N, less in lower areas, Utmost, 0.4 fuz ave, 2cwrs, 12.5% prt, 66 lbs/bu, a #1 except for fuz. And as of Sunday DRY, 12.2% Mt last nite! Never sprayed any fungicides or pre harvest.

Wakopa, you grow CDC Go. BIG yielder, but one of the most susceptible to FHB there is.

Cardale is sounding good for our area.

Unity wheat.

Was graded by two different companies; Viterra and P&H.

P&H gave all samples a #2 with 0.4% fusarium.
Viterra gave all samples a #1 with 0.1% to 0.2% fusarium.
I will wait to see results from CGC as well.

If a person wants a falling numbers test done where should the samples be sent?

CGC Winnipeg or SGS in Calgary not sure if SGS in S'toon does it.

You could also check with grain Co's head offices I don't know if they have equip or get someone else to do it.
