I was wondering if tom was jw. Well dont matter as long as I hear some interesting info to each their own.
Crop report mostly done here just a few straglers on oats and flax. My canola averaged out to 34. But most no where near that most of it timing. Hard wheat some under my best canola most better but fuzz making it hard to market would make a 2 average without the fuzz. Going to have to watch those bins closely. Green peas averaged28. Mostly gone and will be sold soon. Except for 4000 bushel good planting seed. Had a 60 acre patch do well over 60 and another half section with 70 percent plus complete drown out. Everything in between. Hail come back with a couple pods per vine Extra growth after. All good quality as did not sit out through much rain. Last planting was peas. Price is rising. Lots of fall work getting done now. Will be a hard go till freeze up here. Ditching and v diching for some. Nice to own the land so making a decision to ditch is quite simple so to farm the land properly.

You know guys I love this agriville deal. Each and every one of the regulars that post on here are most likely really good guys. It's always fun to read what others are thinking. Sf3 choked over the rain. Hopperbin worried about ***** or something else woman related. Oneoff pissed off at his rm council. Tom choked at sf3. Furrow tickler and klause letting everyone know how to farm because their the best. (lol it just comes across that way guys) I bet in a room with a bunch of vodka and pilsner we would all be friends. It's too bad farmers have to fight for every penny and their way of life do hard. I hope everyone has had a great harvest and can find the heart to do it all again next year. I'm looking forward to the crop reports and the crazy topics to come over the next year.

By the way what ever happened to bto? Some of the shit he would come up with sometimes was pure gold.

IF you say your crop is worthless, then it is. You said so. Whoever would have something to sell, and say, "it's worthless"?
It's you're product. Represent it as strongly as you can. Make them want to buy it even if it looks and smells like shit. If it really is shit, make them want it because it's yours.
No one in this site is worthless. You're crops aren't either, unless you say so.

Braveheart - when some guys say their crop is worthless, they mean it is worth less than what it cost to produce never mind roi. The rest of your comments are pure unadulterated bullshit. Wheatking, I like what you posted and think it would be huge fun to have an Agriville family reunion some time in the future. Lots of vodka and pil required. Now for a confession. Sometimes I watch these threads and insert something that sets everyone or someone off. Reading the responses is hellish good entertainment. I should get 10 yds for 'taunting'.

Rockpile, I'm so thankful you can translate everyone's comments for me. I would never have thought that "this crop is worth nothing" means it has no roi.
Record crops are being harvested almost worldwide. World economies are in the tank. Farmers missed opportunities to pre price grain at higher levels. Farmers are increasing their cop by working the shit out of every acre.
Oh my. What to do? Why not say your crop is worthless? Why not cry for support like farmers in the US or Brazil?
The real bullshit is thinking everyone is your enemy and not getting out and selling yourself and your commodities and taking responsibility when you do **** up.

Braveheart. You can pre price to your heart's content, but if you can't deliver what you were expecting to produce and end up with a #3 wheat, 7% fuz, or canola frozen to biscuits, what management opportunities are left in the toolbox? Most businesses evaluate performance through ratio analysis and acid tests, but none of this applies to farming or ranching, because at the end of the day, mother nature throws in the ultimate monkey wrench. Btw, you took the bait.
