    interesting elevator feed price.

Central sask. One local elevator got the number 3 price of 14 prot at 5.59. Also have feed on account of 2.3 fusarium at 4.67. Way above other local feed prices that want 1 fusarium or less. So are they buying it as feed and sending it into human market? I am holding. This stuff will sell as number two one way or another without cleaning. Cleaning this stuff does not look profitable.

Wheat whatever the grade, canola, oats, barley, the best marketing plan right now is to do nothing. Let them keep phoning you and just keep telling them thanks but no thanks. We are going to do ourselves a world of good but doing nothing in the short term. What the world is paying them (grain companies) VS what they want to pay you is still way, way to wide.( Shocking i know!!!) Know what you have for quality and just sit tight. It will come to us.

Only exception is that high vomi like 7 to 10 ppm wheat. That stuff i think is hopeless. At least over the next 12 months. Just to much of it around.

My biggest worry is we have a train wreck. Nothing moved means were ****ed later.

Maybe I should just target my canola at 9:50 totalproduction 30, 000 bu 0 green. And wheat 90, 000 bushels total prod 5 bucks and take winter off. Of course both must trigger same time my target. Anyone think that would hit for end nov. Delivery here local?

I think that would trigger hopper. But you right if grain isn't moving out of that area it will be tough. I still think though at 9.50 you may be giving up .50 to a buck a bushel.
