In this case end user could mean retail and cleaning plants, versus suppliers and manufacturers being seed companies and chemical companies. In big Ag speak farmers are rarely the end user. ..we're just the money supply.

Why are farmers not consulted and some PR about this stuff.
Millions spent on advertising but nothing about this.

Why create a fire storm if you could avert it with some common sense.

It seems to be lacking throughout all conservatives camps.

Pulled this from a PowerPoint explaining the proposed system. Looks like new products will only be available to those who buy an audit.

Maybe this is clear enough for those who need more clarification

""" Designated seed treatment products are products designated by Canadian registrants for use in Canada. Effective January 1, 2017 only Accredited Seed Treatment Operators, certified under these standards, will be eligible to receive designated seed treatment products. As new seed treatment products are developed, the list of designated products will expand. Stay tuned for the full list of designated Seed treatment product.
            """

So do you know a lot of farmers who are "Accredited seed treatment operators". And all the rest of those farmers are going to get up to speed in the next couple years or buy it pretreated for a reasonable price. RIGHT!!! We'll buy what they make available; and at their fixed prices.

Can herbicide application be far behind?

No kiddong Agstar. I am surprised farmers are allowed to apply herbicide without license and registration. It'll be a license to buy not drink.
